With record sales, OPUS doubled its profit
The OPUS group achieved outstanding results in the first three quarters of 2023, the net profit was HUF 30.67 billion, which is more than double the same period a year earlier, the company announced to MTI on Friday.
According to the announcement, all of this is unprecedented, with sales revenue of HUF 511 billion, which shows that the company group is on the right track by exploiting internal synergies, and that the dominant companies of the separate industry divisions together provide serious protection against difficult external conditions.
“Already in the numbers, the range of cost-effectiveness measures that we have implemented in the past period is clearly visible”
– said Lélfai Koppány, CEO of OPUS GLOBAL Nyrt., analyzing the figures of the first three quarters. “The corporate group has shown that it is capable of extraordinary profit growth even in difficult periods. However, we cannot sit back from this yet, we continue to look for synergy opportunities,” he emphasized.
