Record at Számlázz.hu: 125 million invoices and receipts generated in one year

Számlázz.hu set a record in 2025: users issued 125,634,732 invoices and receipts on the platform of one of the country’s leading fintech companies in one year. In 2024, 115 million receipts were generated, meaning that registered entrepreneurs produced 10 million more invoices and receipts last year than a year earlier.

Számlázz.hu, which assists in the financial administration of more than 800,000 businesses, has once again published its annual accounts. The number of invoices and receipts issued within the fintech company’s system set a record, exceeding 125 million.

The busiest day in terms of invoices was December 1st. On this Monday, users issued 658,477 invoices. The quietest day also fell on December: only 62,130 invoices were issued on the 25th. The dates did not come as a surprise to the Számlázz.hu headquarters, as for years the first Monday of December has been the busiest day for invoicing, and December 25th has been the least active day.

The last invoice of 2025 was issued on December 31st at 11:59 p.m. and 59 p.m.: a user felt it was important to issue an invoice of 6,749 forints on the 25th, at the same time as the champagne bottles were popping. The last receipt was also prepared at the last minute, on the 31st at 23:59 minutes and 54 seconds and the document was for 45,380 forints.

Last year, nearly 85,000 businesses registered in the Számlázz.hu system and the number of accountants using the platform increased by 2,158 people.
