Customers can now handle complaints via AlzaBox

Alza.hu has come up with a new development. Until now, customers could only order at the more than 440 parcel machines available throughout the country, or return the unwanted product in case of cancellation. From now on, however, it is also possible to handle complaints, and due to the availability of AlzaBoxes, this service can be used at any time of the week.

“The service allows our customers to handle their product-related problems through the parcel machines, wherever and whenever it is convenient for them,”

– said Ákos Forrás, CEO, adding:

“Returns are possible in three cases: repair, exchange and cancellation. The customer has 4 days to receive the complaint, with the option of extending the reservation online.”

Complaints do not incur any costs and the only limitation is the size of the boxes, but several sizes are available. The process is simple: the customer only needs to create a complaint in their online account, then select the “Send” function at AlzaBox and place the product in the box that opens for entering the complaint identification number. After the complaint is processed, the repaired or replaced product can also be collected in AlzaBox.

“The popularity of parcel machines has grown rapidly in the past year, and it can now be said that every second purchase is made by our customers in AlzaBox. The success of our “Order at midnight, receive it in AlzaBox in the morning” service has contributed greatly to this. The number of our parcel machines is constantly increasing, and we are expanding to where we see a need for their installation”
