Regus: flexible working conditions are stimulating creativity
According to the recent survey of Regus, nearly three-quarters of the Hungarian respondents, believe that flexible working conditions are increasing productivity.
The most important results of the survey:
· 74 percent of the Hungarian respondents believe that flexible working improves productivity.
· 75 percent say flexible working is resulting in a greater sense of responsibility and the development of better time management.
· 63 percent of the respondents said that flexible working is improving the quality of decision-making, while 59 percent said that it is improving the speed as well.
· 76 percent agree that flexible working stimulates creativity, and 73 percent believes that is favors the development of a profitable business relations.
