In order for the Scandinavian countries to be among the best at the Bocuse d’Or competitions for many years, the thinking and ideas of an entire generation had to change. In our opinion, we owe the Danish Oliver Jakobsen’s simplified, but still dynamic and elegant “recipe photos” to this process.
