Real Estate Awards: HelloParks Páty PT1 is the commercial development of the year
HelloParks Páty PT1 became the commercial development of the year at the Real Estate Awards. In the prestigious domestic competition of the real estate market, the profession recognizes the most remarkable developments and actors of the year. The modern industrial hall with the largest contiguous floor area in Budapest’s catchment area is today one of the most sustainable warehouses in Hungary. Olivér Treiber, investment director and partner of HelloParks, was recognized as the Emerging Personality of the Year.
HelloParks’ 58,000 square meter Big Box industrial building, handed over in the summer of 2023, is the company’s first development in the Páty megapark. PT1 was built according to the highest rating of Outstanding in the BREEAM New Construction category, which it has already obtained in the Design Stage. The offices in the building will be able to operate with zero primary energy consumption, thanks to the solar panels to be installed on the roof. Even the precipitation that falls on the roof of the hall is used to irrigate the green area around the building. Smart ready lights are lit around the warehouse hall, and electric car chargers are also available in the warehouse parking lot. Globally, only three percent of buildings meet the requirements of the Outstanding level, and only HelloParks develops industrial buildings of such high quality at home, and all of its projects currently under construction aim for this level.
