Randstad Workmonitor: Work and life balance is a huge challenge right now
Working from home, which has been the daily life of hundreds of millions of people around the world for more than a year, is both the advantages and disadvantages of working from home, according to the latest research by Randstad Workmonitor. Interestingly, while one of the most challenging (52%) the lack of interaction with colleagues is a problem, while only 36% of us have reported this as a problem, and the same number of workers at home have claimed to feel lonely and isolated.
