Randstad: less executive chair and salary for women
As understrappers, the workers consider mixed groups more effective, however, as women they prefer to work under the management of men – the latest survey of Randstad Work Monitor reveals.
Women are not only in disadvantaged position in terms of career building and in the field of payment. The biggest difference is in the leading position.
Women take home less money – according to the most recent results of the Randstad Work Monitor: one in four workers – mainly women – see that the wages of male and female colleagues in the same position are out of balance.
