Ramsey's name is not enough for a successful restaurant

After fewer than two full years in business, shouty chef Gordon Ramsay's Los Angeles restaurant The Fat Cow is calling it quits. Eater LA reports that the restaurant will shutter after service on March 27. An employee tells Eater LA that the closure is not due to lack of business: “another restaurant bearing the same name is threatening Gordo's place to change its name … or close.”
