Ramen made of fried chicken leftovers – Video of the day
Leftover Hacks is at it again, with another way to transform yesterday's dinner into something new and exciting (dare we say better?) for today. In this episode, a rotisserie chicken becomes a soothing, steamy bowl of ramen with the help of just a few additions.
Using an entire store-bought or homemade rotisserie chicken in one go can be hard to do, but next-day uses don't need to begin and end with sandwiches. Aromatics, broth, dried noodles, and a soft-cooked egg help transition the leftover meat into a perfect and simple fall meal. Watch the video above to see how it's done.
