Jenő Rácz’s dishes await beachgoers at Lupa
For the 2024 beach season, the Portofino Beach Club by Jenő Rácz on the Lupa lake awaits guests with a completely renewed appearance and a menu dreamed up by Jenő Rácz. The new beach club created on the site of the former Costes Beach Club offers unique culinary experiences and a selection of drinks, providing an ideal location for those who want to relax.
New project from Jenő Rácz
Chef Jenő Rácz spoke enthusiastically about the new project, which opened its doors as its own beach club. The menu includes light and varied dishes with a Mediterranean atmosphere, which, combined with traditional flavors, offer a real gastronomic adventure. For example, the “Rácz Jenő signature burger” is made from a 15 dkg beef patty, with Gorgonzola mayonnaise, arugula, grilled prosciutto and homemade onion jam. In addition, you can find the classic fish and chips and the Caesar salad, in which, in addition to chicken breast, parmesan cheese, bacon and croutons, there is also a special 65-degree egg – reports WeLoveBudapest.
Wide selection of food and drinks
Desserts include pistachio and currant cake, as well as the sugar-, gluten- and lactose-free “Skinny B!tch”. The drinks menu also offers a wide selection, including spritz and cocktail variations, beers on tap and by the glass, wines and champagnes. Among the non-alcoholic drinks, homemade lemonade, iced tea and apple splash are also available.
