The Raben Group takes over the management of the Busse Logistics in Germany
At the end of last week, the Raben Group signed a contract for the acquisition of Busse Logistik in Kassel. The company employs more than 140 employees and offers domestic and international freight forwarding services. This acquisition is part of the Group’s long-term development plan in the German market. The acquisition will be completed after the approval of the antitrust authorities.
Since the beginning of 2017, this is the fourth company acquired by Raben Group in Germany. On 1 January 2017, the Raben Trans European Germany took over the operations of the former Rhenus member companies in Felbach and Weilimdorf. In March 2017, Raben acquired the Exice GmbH and the RLZ Baden GmbH transportation and logistic companies in Karlsruhe. On May 3, 2017, the Raben Group signed a contract to take over a depot of the SCHMALZ + SCHÖN Logistik Gruppe in North Rhine-Westphalia.
