Destructive fires in agriculture
Until the middle of the summer fires were raging in agriculture on almost three times larger area than in 2016 – Világgazdaság Online wrote.
At the end of the week, the stubble burned on 15 hectares in Nagykörű, Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok County. The firefighters were managed to stop the fire. By mid-July this year, fire damages occured on 372 hectares, ie nearly three times more than a year ago – Hajdu Márton, spokesman of the BM National Disaster Management Directorate (OKF) told Világgazdaság.
