ProVeg: Lidl Germany offers the best prices for vegan products
According to a recent survey by ProVeg, Lidl’s basket of plant-based cold cuts, sausages, meatballs, fish sticks, fresh cheese and yogurt, sliced cheese, cooking cream, milk, pizza and breaded slices is more affordable than a basket of the same animal products. The result is because of Lidl’s own vegan brand, Vemondo, which has been available at the same price as traditional products in most categories since October.//
