Protechtor Future Summit: Economic and political experts are already expecting a collapse, but optimism remains unwavering among business leaders
Climate change, epidemics, resource shortages, security threats – there have always been crises, but there has never been an example of so many crises challenging humanity at the same time, which also have a serious impact on each other – was the theme of the Protechtor Future Summit’s autumn event, which focused on adapting to constant market fluctuations and geopolitical risks.
The global big picture was helped by renowned experts such as Feledy Botond, founder and leading geopolitical analyst of Red Snow Consulting, and András Gelencsér, air chemist, while Gabriella Vidus and Radován Jelasity, CEOs of RTL Hungary and Erste Bank, spoke about the difficulties of corporate management and successful coping strategies. Should we be afraid of the advance from the East, what does business success mean today and how can we plan a strategy in a world turned upside down?
The Dumas Theater hosted this fall’s Protechtor Future Summit, where the organizer Stylers Group welcomed decision-makers, IT and HR managers from medium-sized and large Hungarian companies. Companies today have to thrive in a more complex environment than ever before, while in addition to external challenges, their operations are being disrupted by technologies such as artificial intelligence. The big picture is even more complicated, as Europe, and within it Hungary, must find its place in a bipolar world dominated by the United States and China, so that our planet can serve humanity with its dwindling resources, which is increasingly fragmenting instead of uniting.
