At the time of the emergency, employees worked 5 days a week from home during the time of the emergency at 33 percent of the companies. 16 percent had 3-4 days of telework, and 7 percent had 1-2 days of telework; the larger the company, the higher the proportion of continuous telework – Profession.hu’s survey shows.
According to a survey conducted by the job portal among its clients in June this year, involving 758 companies, 57 percent of company executives and more than 70 percent of companies with more than 500 employees saw their employees work from home. And 18 percent of respondents said the home office had improved the company’s efficiency. (MTI)
