The indication of discounted prices is problematic
The National Consumer Protection Authority (NFH) investigated the Christmas promotional activities of twenty-seven chain of stores, as well as general trading coditions.
Controls were carried out in a total of 414 stores and shops. During the controls every second activity was offending. The consumer protection authorities imposed a fine on the affected shops in a value of 31 million HUF – reports penzcentrum.hu.
