Prés 2014: strict control on import wines
In 2014 the National Tax and Customs Authority (NAV) has launched a nationwide series of controls to protect the wine market. The main aim is to prevent wine the illegal distribution of EU wines – the tax authority told MTI.
The action of the National Tax and Customs Authority (NAV) lasts for more than two months aims to restrain the distribution of illegally transported poor quality grape wines shipped from EU Member States. During this time, unexpected controls will take place on the roads, at farmers and wineries – the communication says. (MTI, Magyar Nemzet Online)
