Premium drinks at McDonald’s
McDonald’s will gradually close its premium drink spin-off CosMc’s, which has been operating on a trial basis for 18 months.

The brand’s goal was to quickly test new drinks and flavour combinations in small-format units. Building on the project’s results, in September a large-scale drinks test will begin in 500 McDonald’s restaurants in the US. The offering will range from fizzy drinks to cold brew coffees, frappés and refreshers, including two new refreshers (Strawberry Watermelon and Popping Tropic).
