18-34 years old, city living men of AB status were the target group of the STR8 brand campaign of Trade 90 member of Sarantis Group, between 8 June and 2 August 2009. The objective was increasing volume sales, acquiring new consumers, building loyalty and supporting new products. STR8 buyers, who bought STR8 products with stickers on them in the June-July period in 2009, could use the code on the sticker to participate in an on-line activity at www.str8.hu. 1,000 programmes – shooting, wall climbing, riding, bowling, etc. – and 2 valuable main prizes were drawn. Questionnaires about the promotion revealed that 79 percent of surveyees were influenced in their shopping decisions by the promotion.
