Poór Zoltán is the new Chairman and CEO of Pannonmill
From the 1st of September 2010, Poór Zoltán was appointed as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Komárom-based Pannonmill Malomipari Zrt.
The company is now the leading milling business of Hungary, which is owned by the Austrian LLI Euromills. The production of flour is happening at 4 sites, but a few months later, a new mill will be handed over in Tiszapalkonya, in the scope of a greenfield investment. The company primarily is the key supplier of the baking and confectionary industry, but through retail chains it reaches the households too. In this category the company was the first, that began conscious brand building, that resulted in the VitaMill premium product. The short term goals of the company are the management of the current difficult raw material situation, the strenghtening of the long-term partnerships, the increase of production efficiency, and to continue brand building.
