The Traubi suit has been ended
Following a lengthy litigation, the Budapest Court of Appeal has taken a final decision: the Tra-Üdi Zrt. belongs to Solomon Berkowitz owns the naming rights of the Traubisoda soft drinks – reports Népszava.
The newspaper writes in its Tuesday edition that during the second instance of the appeal proceedings, the earlier decision has been changed. The former verdict favoured the other concurent company, the Debrecen-based Ráthonyi Ltd. Formerly both of the two manufacturers also owned the rights of the soft drink, reports hirszerzo.hu, after Népszava.
