Gáborné Pölöskei: we give young people a profession that helps them prosper
The essence of the vocational trainings taking place at the Kanta Vocational Training Center in Kézdivásárhely is to give young people a profession that will help them prosper, and an additional goal is to create a training base – emphasized Gáborné Pölöskei on Friday in the Székelyföld city, at the opening of the training center.
The deputy state secretary of the Ministry of Culture and Innovation reminded: this is the third academic year opening at the vocational training center in Székelyföld, which shows that there is a great need for the training courses started there.
He said: there is a lot of interest in the training courses launched in the field of construction industry and tourism and hospitality this year as well: about 50 people applied for the construction industry training courses and about 70 people applied for the catering training courses.
The latter would primarily serve the labor needs of local hotels, as there are plenty of job opportunities in hospitality in Háromszék, he explained.
He underlined: the Hungarian government supports the training in Székelyföld because it helps local people to find employment in the labor market, prosper, and stay in their homeland. He emphasized: it is a dual education, so students who also receive practical training will be able to find a job in the given field.
