Pokorny Lia, Rákóczi Feri and Szilágyi Áron, who are the ambassadors of the National Food Chain Safety Office (NÉBIH) became a baker for a day.
The ambassadors of NÉBIH get acquainted with the making of the Hungarians’ favorite meals: the making of the bread and pastry. Hungarians consume an annual 73 kilogrammes per person a year from bread and 13 kilogrammes of pastry per capita per year, which is 20 to 25 dekagrammes per day for an adult.
