The coronavirus pandemic has changed consumer behavior. The population – especially during the spring wave – avoided the shopping malls, which provided many opportunities and gives for domestic trade close to the places of residence. The smaller stores have been expanded with a new customer base, efforts must be made to serve and maintain them at the appropriate level.
