Tobacco shop can be opened in malls and shopping centers, if it is accessible on holidays without limitations  – Légrádi Petra, Communications Officer of the National Tobbacco Trading Nonprofit Co. told MTI on Friday.

Légrádi Petra added that the act gives the broadest possible interpretation of the law. She highlighted the adopted act imposes conditions such as clearly separated tobacco shop from the other shops, and there is no way to change this.
