There is a growing trend that sees the solution to the problem of stalling retail market jn the shops established in classic buildings. Many estate developer finds the building of more malls hazardous investments, because there is a detectable rearrangement on the demand-side. The so called ’destination centers’, the easily reachable, often architecturally peculiar, small, downtown commercial buildings with exclusive supplies and more personal and friendlier service could revive the stagnating retail market – reports Világgazdaság Online.
