Pizzeria on the Moon
The Japanese branch of the Domino pizza chain considers the construction of a Lunar pizzeria.
Its main rival, the Pizza Hut has set the bar high in the competition with sending pizza to the International Space Station in 2001 but do not moved beyond this, however. Domino calculates now for a year, how much it would be cost to build a restaurant on the moon – although not too many orders arrived from the Moon.
According to the chain's estimates that 15 spaceships would be able to transport 70 tons of building materials and interior decoration to the concrete-walled, two-story buildin. The total cost would be 1.67 trillion yens – reports MTI.
