The chocolate bunny of Lindt received court protection

The marathon trial ended with the victory of Swiss Lindt & Sprungli chocolate manufacturer which the company launched in order to protect its Easter chocolate bunnies against Austrian rival.

A Vienna court decided that the Austrian Hauswirth, cannot to manufacture any more chocolate bunnies packed in golden foil. This put a point to the end of the marathon legal battle, started in 2004.
