Pipacs Restaurant, Orosháza
The owner of Pipacs in Orosháza ”feels” the market. His starting point was that even price-sensitive small town-dwellers like to have a good lunch. A Hungarian style, but not rustic interior awaits guests to choose from the 20 dishes that cost a couple of hundred Forints each. In the evening József Tercsi takes over the kitchen and in a more elegant environment the main dishes are offered for HUF 1,000-2,000.
