Sparkling wine selection tailored to target groups’ needs
METRO’s sparkling wine selection is extremely wide – we learn from communications manager Yvette Krubl. The most popular products at the moment are Törley, BB, Hungaria, Sovetskoye, Szent István, Asti Martini and Asti Cinzano. There are three METRO target groups: services, companies and offices typically buy Törley and Sovetskoye, Horeca units purchase small-bottle products most frequently and other customers are mainly looking for first price sparkling wines. Contract partners can order sparkling wines online, using METRO’s delivery service system. METRO will start selling a new private label sparkling wine in the holiday season.
