Whiskey and vodka is the favorite instead of champagne
Dom Perignon, the “drink of bankers”, has fallen 30 places in the ranking of the world's most popular drinks, so it does not belong to the 100 most popular drinks.
The world's most popular champagne, the Moët et Chandon, is the eighteenth on the list compiled by Intangible Business. Moët et Chandon also slipped back four places, compared to last year. The champagnes lost from their popularity, because customers have turned to cheaper drinks. According to the survey; the world's most popular alcoholic drink is Smirnoff vodka, while the second is the Johnny Walker whiskey and the third is Bacardi rum – reports Világgazdaság Online, after Daily Telegraph.
