Pessimistic consumers in the USA, the UK retail sector in decline
According to the survey of Conference Board the consumer mood of the U.S. population continued to decline in July, due to the worsening of employment situation. In Great Britain, retail sales are declining for the third month.
The Conference Board's U.S. consumer mood index decreased from the June 49.3 points to 46.63 in July. The consumers mention labor market deterioration as the biggest problem.
According to the datas of the Industry Association (CBI) of Great Britain;the retail sales declines for the third month now, and the same is expected in August – reports ProfitLine.hu.
