Auchan has lost the lawsuit first instance in the case of the arsenic mineral water

The Municipal Court in the first instance gave right to the IPM magazine in the case of the arsenic mineral water on the 17^th of  November in its verdict, dismissing the action of Auchan Hungary Ltd. – told IPM to MTI on Wednesday.

Auchan Hungary Ltd. will not give out statement, until the pending of the verdict – said Gillemot Katalin, spokesperson of the company. Acccording to the communication of IPM; the court verdict assessed that the magazine published real facts in its article – reports Privatbankar.hu.
