The Hungarian Competition Authority won legal action against Colgate-Palmolive
According to authority the chemical company's ads in 2006. February said untruth, so Colgate had to pay HUF 257 Millions fine.
The company couldn't accept the
decision, and went to law, but the action was dismissed, the company
must pay.
