The NGM does not afraid of loopholes

The ministry believes that the entrepreneurs will choose the new online cash machines instead of the billing softwares. The latter slows down the business procedures, on the other hand it is only legal if the customers provide their personal informations, but individuals are not required to give their home addresses and their names during purchasing.
