PayPal: The majority of Hungarians buy for only a maximum of 35 thousand forints from abroad
55 percent of Hungarian consumers who are purchasing online spend under 35 thousand HUF annually from abroad – shows the recent survey of the PayPal international payment provider.
Beside Hungary, PayPal carried out its online survey in Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Poland and Romania polling over 12,000 customers.
According to the summary sent to MTI on Tuesday, almost a third of the Hungarians spend an annual 5000 to 20,000 HUF for online purchase, 26 percent 60,000 HUF or more, while 14 percent spend between 20 000 to 35 000 HUF, while 13 percent spend between 35 000 and 50,000 HUF. (MTI)
