One of Europe’s leading shipping and logistics companies opens a new base in Páty
A leading international shipping and logistics company will be the first tenant of the warehouse hall PT2 of the Páty megapark HelloParks. The company rents 22,000 square meters in a 42,000 square meter industrial property currently under development as the second building of the industrial park, which will move into the new building in the summer of 2024.
HelloParks, which is growing dynamically on the market, was launched barely two and a half years ago, but with the PT2 hall, it has already started construction work on its 9th speculatively developed building in Hungary. The company’s warehouses currently under construction are made exclusively in accordance with the highest Outstanding BREEAM New Construction standards and the requirements of the EU Taxonomy, so PT2 also aims to obtain the strictest certification available. The industrial property is being built directly next to the 58,000-square-meter PT1, which was recently licensed for use, and advanced lease negotiations are also underway for the areas that are still available for rent.
Started with a start-up spirit, HelloParks, now competing with the largest domestic and international industrial real estate developers, has become the first in Hungary in terms of new warehouse offerings in a few years. Despite the market and economic uncertainties of the past period, the company is handing over its new warehouses around Budapest. The vigorous growth is due to the thoughtful and sustainable development concept, favorable business conditions, and customer-centric services.
