TotalEnergies partners with Canada’s Alimentation Couche-Tard
For four European countries, TotalEnergies has entered into a partnership with Canadian retailer Alimentation Couche-Tard. As part of the deal, Total Energies will cooperate with Couche-Tard in Belgium and Luxembourg, and it will sell its networks to the Canadian firm in Germany and the Netherlands. The EUR 3.1bn transaction includes service station networks and B2B fuel card activities.
