K&H and the University of Szeged enter into partnership
A research cooperation agreement signed in June between the University of Szeged and K&H Group seeks to better understand how natural human speech works.

Dr László Rovó, rector of the University of Szeged and Zsolt Vadócz, head of innovation directorate at K&H signed the agreement in Szeged, which will contribute to the improvement of K&H’s digital financial assistant, Kate.“Kate can currently interpret 89% of customer intentions and offer solutions for 73% of the issues understood”, told Zsolt Vadócz. K&H’s goal is to further refine Kate’s language understanding and response capabilities, in partnership with the University of Szeged – one of the leading AI research centres in Hungary. //
