PENNY builds on partnership-based CSR
In 2025 PENNY Magyarország continued to build its social responsibility programmes on long-term partnerships.

Food waste in practice affects product categories such as fresh produce, dairy and deli items, fresh meats, baked goods, and dry groceries

The focus was on helping children and families, promoting healthy lifestyles and sports, and reducing food waste. PENNY’s key partner in food rescue is the Hungarian Food Bank Association, and it also works with the Hungarian Charity Service of the Order of Malta and the Interchurch Aid. The cooperation with the Munch platform also serves to prevent food waste.
