Parragh: in the end the consumer pays anyway
To ensure fiscal balance there was no other choice – said Parragh Laszló, chairman of the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, over the crisis tax measures notified by Orbán Viktor. According to him; those sectors will pay, from where a lot of money is flowing out from the economy.
Parragh Laszló endorsed the step, saying there was no really any other choice, because the budget balance must be guaranteed, and this kind of targeted budget revenue increase is a better solution than the general austerity measures and tax increases. He remarked, it is true that in the end the consumer always pays, but still hopes positive developments from the additional taxation – reports Origo.
