Parragh: the expectations of the companies are moving towards a positive direction
After a long time, the expectations of the Hungarian companies are moving towards a slightly positive direction with decreasing uncertainty ratio – Parragh László, president of the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MKIK) told on Tuesday in Budapest, at the press conference revealing the economic report of the Economic and Business Research Institute (MKIK GVI) of MKIK.
On the basis of responses, the chamber compiled by iterviewing 3500 enterprises, the prosperity indiactor of the first half-year increased to 4.2 points from the 1.9 points of October by 2.3 points, which is projecting a slight upturn for the next six months. Parragh László also said that with the exception of trade the business climate index increased in all sectors, especially among industrial enterprises and in the construction industry. (MTI)
