Palkovics: The Hungarian economy will perform better
“It is pretty much clear” that the Hungarian economy will be able to overtake, Minister of Innovation and Technology László Palkovics stressed on Tuesday in Győr. The industry, the engine of the Hungarian economy, has been growing continuously since 2010, which will continue in the next 1-1.5 years, he said, adding that during the pandemic the investment rate was 29 percent, which will also increase this year and next. He highlighted that hungary has seen the largest increase in the number of R&D workers in the EU, and their number has doubled since 2010.
