Pálinka 2021

In 2019 the National Council of Pálinka first published a book with the most important information from the National Pálinka and Marc Pálinka Contest. Last year the publication came out in English version too. This year’s brochure is titled Pálinka 2021 and it was published in 2,000 copies. It is sent out to distilleries, pálinka shops, pálinka experts and Hungarian embassies in foreign countries.
