Cautious expectations

By the end of 2015 the mood in the tourism sector deteriorated: the Tourism Business Confidence Index stood at -14 points in December, which clearly indicates a negative assessment by players in the sector.

This value not only decreased compared to the previous month, but was also 8 points lower than the December 2024 level. The decline mainly affects catering and accommodation.
