Last week, the Valcolatte srl gained a 95 percent stake in the Óvártej Zrt. and with an immediate 3 million euros increase of the share capital started to operate the company.

The Valcolatte srl is an Italian family-owned company producing premium quality Mozzarella and Ricotta products. The company is based near Milan. The company has a subsidiary in Spain already. The company’s products are well-known in Europe and the company has shown a significant growth in recent years.
