Among household expenses, the change is most noticeable to people in the prices of food, energy and utilities, as well as fuel and transport, but there is also a significant number of those who experience the change in the prices of the catering sector, building materials or even electronic and technical goods. rise.
According to the research, the majority of the population expects further significant price increases in almost all of the examined areas, thanks to which households already started to reduce their consumption last year: eight out of ten people are trying to save on food, three-quarters of people are trying to save on utilities, while 65 percent are trying to save on durable consumer goods. But there is also a very high proportion of those who try to put it aside by reducing visits to entertainment and restaurants (64 percent) or by cutting back on fuel and transportation costs.
