The liver-five of Gallicoop received grade five from the consumers
In the scope of the first World Summit on Sustainable Food and the 10th Meat Hygiene Meat Inspection Congress held between the17th and 22nd of August, the “Championship of Disznósajtok and Kenőmájasok” was also held.
The Gallicoop Turkey Processing Co. took part with five liver products at the prestigious event. Parallel to the competition, an exhibition also took place at the location, where the participants could taste, then comment and could vote to the products of the different manufacturers. On the basis of the votes, Gallicoop’s liver products became the best in 2010.
