The Hungary’s Most Beautiful Kitchen Garden program is five years old

Last year, horticulturists of more than 300 settlements competed in the program – the Deputy Minister of State of the Ministry of Agriculture (FM) said on Thursday at a press conference in Budapest.

Szakáli István Loránd added that this year even more competitors are expected. There are many cross-border denominators involved in the program supported by the Ministry, and there have been candidates from outside the Carpathian Basin, such as from Poland and from Great Britain – he noted. (MTI)
